Membership
I hereby declare my membership of IFFT Switzerland (International Fly Fishing Club Ticino, Switzerland). The membership is valid for one year.
Automatic membership will be re-issued, if cancellation is not received upon three months before expire at IFFT Switzerland. Special conditions and discount are valid after payment of the annual fee, and is valid for a period of time of 12 months. If a member returns the membership prior the expiration, Advantages are to be considered not valid.

Privacy policy
If the opportunity for the input of personal or business data (e-mail addresses, name, addresses) is given, IFFT Switzerland guarantees the withhold of personal information, which will not be transferred to third parties and will be only used for own purposes or if the client agrees to ive dates to third parties (membership registration). All personal information will be kept confidential.  All information concerning the client, will be shared only with business partners in order to fulfil order or in case of a membership to other members of IFFT Switzerland with the agreement of the member.

Security
Credit card personal data is locked with SSL technology. Usually each transaction is authorized online by the correspondent Credit Card Company. On statements, Credit Card charges are cited as IFFT Switzerland Ticino.

Legal validity of this disclaimer
This regulations is to be regarded as part of aIFFT Switzerland membership. If sections or individual terms of this statement are not legal or correct, the content or validity of the other parts remain uninfluenced by this fact.
